EXECUTION
Both times I blew up, the entries were clean on review. The setup wasn't the variable. The nervous system behind the click was.

Both times I blew up, the entries looked clean on review. That's the part I couldn't metabolize for a long time.
The first blowup I blamed the setup. Low float, bad fill, told myself the market changed under me. Easy story. I rebuilt and kept trading roughly the same way.
The second blowup I couldn't tell that story anymore. The screenshots were sitting right there. Trend was with me. Volume was there. Structure was intact. Risk was defined. On paper, those were the kind of entries I'd teach a friend. The setups were not the problem. The hand that took them was already shaking.

THE MISSING VARIABLE
There is a variable nobody puts in the entry checklist. Call it temperature. Not mood. Mood is too soft a word. Temperature is the measurable state of your nervous system in the two minutes before the click. Shallow breath or deep. Behind on the day or flat. Three green sessions deep and feeling owed, or one red session deep and feeling hunted.
The chart does not care about any of that. But the hand that routes the order does. And that hand will size up a shade, chase a tick, cancel the stop, add on the pullback, hold through the exit. Every one of those micro-adjustments gets routed through a body you forgot to check.
A clean setup taken at the wrong temperature is a bad trade. The chart doesn't know. Your account finds out.
Both of my blowups were temperature trades. The setups were real. The temperature was wrong. I was behind, I was tired, I was owed, I was proving a point to a version of myself who wasn't even in the room. The entry fired cleanly. The management after it was the autopsy.
THE PRE-CLICK SCAN
After the second blowup I started running a scan on myself before I ran one on the stock. Thirty seconds. Five questions. If any of them came back wrong, the setup didn't get taken, no matter how clean it looked.
None of those are chart questions. All of them are entry questions. That inversion took me two accounts to see.
WHY A BOOK CAN'T REACH THIS
You can read every entry framework on the internet and still blow up on clean setups. The books aren't lying. The frameworks work. The problem is that the moment of the click is not a reading comprehension exercise. It is a nervous system event. By the time you're hovering over the button, the part of you that read the book is not the part of you making the decision.
Journaling helps after the fact. It will show you the pattern across weeks. But journaling cannot reach into the ninety seconds before you click and ask whether your breath is shallow, whether you're down two R and reaching, whether this is the fourth entry in twelve minutes on a day you'd planned to take two.
Something else has to sit in that gap. What I needed, and what I didn't have for the first four years, was a layer between the chart and the click that forced the temperature question. Not a confirmation popup. Something that knew my recent trade count, my P&L posture, my click interval, the shape of the last three sessions, and raised a flag when the pattern of my behavior said my body was running hotter than my plan.
The anatomy of a perfect entry, after two blowups, looks almost nothing like what I would've drawn four years ago. Trend still matters. Volume still matters. Structure, risk, timing, confirmation. All of it still matters. But those live on the chart side of the click. On the other side of the click there is a human. That human has a temperature. And that temperature is doing more of the work than most of us want to admit.
MAKETZO is built to sit in that gap. It watches the shape of your session, flags the setups you probably shouldn't be taking even when the chart looks clean, and holds a mirror to the behavior patterns that preceded every blowup you've ever had. It is not a signal service and it will not take trades for you. It is the layer between the chart and the click that I spent two accounts not having.
If you've ever reviewed a losing day and said out loud, the setups were actually fine, that is the exact gap this was built for.
